CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THESE POLICIES BEFORE DOWNLOADING SERVEASY APPLICATIONS AND/OR USING OUR SERVEASY WEBSITE AND/OR SERVICES.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE POLICIES, THEN YOU ARE INSTRCUTED TO IMMEDIATELY EXIT SERVEASY PLATFORM AND NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONTINUE WITH ANY OF SERVEASY PLATFORM AND TO NOT GIVE US ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR USAGE OF SERVEASY PLATFORM SHALL BE DEEMED AS UNCONDITIONAL ACCPETANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 

THE POLICIES ARE INTENDED FOR ALL USERS OF SERVEASY PLATFORM, INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE SIMPLY NAVIGATING THE WEBSITES OR THOSE WHO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT. HOWEVER, DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AFFECT USERS DIFFERENTLY, SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.


CANCELLATION POLICY

SERVEASY has the right to cancel any booked service for fundamental reasons, and the amount will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days after applicable deductions.
In case the customer is cancelling a scheduled service 2 hours before the scheduled service time the full amount will be refunded to the customer. There will not be any refunds for the services cancelled after 2 hours of the scheduled service time and services booked as immediate services.

REFUND POLICY

SERVEASY will refund any amount due to customer as per the cancellation policy of the company, the refund amount will be refunded within 14 working days to the customer.
